Every time when I hear about a new Apple device, I get a picture of the legendary Steve Jobs inside my head holding that path-breaking iPhone 4 in his classic style. It was such a legendary design that to this day it looks elegant and we see a lot of people in love with that bezel design and that home button which now perfectly acts as a rapid fingerprint sensor. To be honest, Apple in India has always been a status symbol because of its over the edge pricing. Even today the high-end iPhone 11 pro costs more than a lakh rupees which even for me, 

a technology buff is a lot of money to spend on a mobile phone.

Since everyone would like to forget about this obnoxious year, Apple did something amazing which is quite path-breaking. They launched a new device, their special edition(that's what SE stands for) iPhone for merely 42,500 rupees. At this amazing price, you get the A-13 bionic chip which runs their flagship the iPhone 11 pro. Apple has always been too conscious about their build quality and this device is no exception. But, mind you there are bezels, no end to end display, a typical apple retina IPS LCD display of 4.7 inches.

All in all, it is the latest iPhone in the older iPhone 8's body. To get a clearer view here are the specifications:

Screen- 4.7 inches, 326ppi

Operating system- ios13

Chipset- A-13 bionic, Hexa-core.

Camera- 12mp back and 7mp front with 4k video recording.

Memory- 64gb, 128gb, 256gb

There's no headphone jack on this device but you do get a headphone out of the box. You get a 5watt charger which is quite slow but if you spend some extra bucks you can buy a new apple fast charger.

This amazing little monster supports wireless charging too thanks to the glass back. Here are the pros and cons of this new device.

Pros-

1- Superfast A-13 chipset gives a snappy user interface and amazing gaming experience.

2- The best camera experience in this price bracket.

3- Good battery life 

4- Future software updates

Cons-

1-Old bezel design

2- Bad low light photos because of no night vision

3- Lack of face unlock

Final Verdict-

Apple almost hit a six with this device but they lacked in a few areas. Apple has a fetish for this bezel design but if this device had an end to end display of at least 5.5 inches, the story could have been different. And why can't we get a fast charger out of the box? Apple has to consider these things in its future devices. But anyone who wants to shift from the Android universe to the iOS universe can buy this device, there will be no regrets for sure.

For beginners and the traditional apple users still having their hands on the iPhone 6,6s, SE or the 8 can finally upgrade to this new device. Anyone who wants to experience the new breed of Apple devices which has a bigger and better end to end display, great battery life and amazing looks can buy the iPhone 11 which according to me and a lot of tech experts is the best phone at present. You can get the iPhone 11 for 64,900 rupees. This Special Edition device is available in 3 colours Red, White and Black. Apple surely made the best mid-ranger, but certainly not a flagship killer.
